Dodge, Chevrolet and GMC Fuel Injection Pumps
FSEG is expanding our product offering to now include the new generations of Diesel Fuel Injection Pumps, defined as “Common Rail Pumps.” These include the most popular applications for the light and heavy-duty pickup applications, such as the 5.9 Liter and 6.7 Liter Dodge, as well as the 6.6 Liter Chevrolet and GMC Duramax applications. Look for Sprinter applications coming soon.
Common Rail Pump Features
FSEG takes great pride in “remanufacturing” the diesel components not just rebuilding the existing product. Listed below are just some of the features and benefits when choosing a FSEG branded Common Rail Pump (CP3).
- Main Drive Shaft — Any grooves in excess of .0025 in the lip seal area will prompt us to chrome harden the entire surface. This will actually make our new shaft with a surface area much harder than the original design
- Suction Valves — We incorporate a re-work process that will insure a proper mating contact between the valves and seating area.
- Gear Pump — We will replace at 100% the mating surface opposite the gears showing any signs of wear.
- Flow Control Valves — Unlike other rebuilders, we allow no damage or flaws to the connector area of the flow control valves to insure proper electrical connections and no electrical issues.
